Stinky Cigar Refund and Return Policy
The Stinky Cigar Ashtray and Stinky Cigar - Floor Stand are warranted for quality materials and workmanship. All claims must include a written explanation with the printed and dated retail purchase receipt along with the entire product. Missing parts or pieces will void any warrantee. Buyer has 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a claim for materials or workmanship.
The Stinky Cigar Ashtray and Stinky Cigar - Floor Stand are NOT warranted for damage, abuse, impact, scorching, melting, fading, scratching, pealing, chips, dents, breakage, modifications, wear and tear, or if someone just don't want it any more. Hey man! These are collector's pieces! Try to take care of it!
Ship your defective Stinky Cigar Ashtray or Stinky Cigar - Floor Stand to Stinky Cigar along with your mailing/delivery address (no Post Office Boxes). Include your contact phone number(s) and your e-mail address. Upon examination and approval of your Warrantee Claim your product will be replaced free of charge. Stinky will also reimburse your cost for postage. Heck! If you have a legitimate warrantee claim, he might even send you a fine cigar just for your inconvenience.
However, there is no warrantee coverage for inconvenience simply because you can't use the best damn ashtray in the world while you enjoy a fine cigar. Sorry! You'll just have to use that old porcelain ashtray (if it isn't broken) or the old coffee can you had out in the garage! We'll process your claim within 2 business days because after 15,000 ashtrays, we just don't have many consumer warrantee claims!
Do you just want a Refund? If you have a legitimate Warrantee Claim, your product and postage will be promptly replaced.
However, if you just changed your mind or got more than one for a Birthday gift, you will have to take that up with the
guy who sold it to you. If that guy was Stinky, submit your claim via e-mail and we'll review your request.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless prior arrangements were made or if a warrantee claim has been approved.
Wholesale accounts will be given a credit for returned or damaged merchandise.
